Inu Yasha, Lord of the Jewel

 Long long ago, in a fantasy far far away, a great and powerful jewel was forged in the bowels of an obsessed and evil author.  It brought great evil to this world, and all who came in contact with it became possessed by its power.  Finally there was one who was strong enough to resists its temptations.  This priestess was able to seal the jewel away, but at the cost of her own life.  For 50 years the Jewel remained out of sight and mind, but it has now returned, bursting forth from the appendix of a hobbit schoolgirl named Kagome!  She must destroy the jewel to preserve the future of all Japan, but will she and her loyal companions be able to do it?  Can Sauron be stopped?  Can they fight the curse?  Will Christmas be saved for the Whos down in Whoville??  Check out this blindingly cool parody at a con near you!  Where else can you see a dog demon portray the King of Men, Miroku try to lay Kaede, Shippo give an Oscar worthy speech, or hear the true English lyrics of the Hellsing Theme!

So you are really into LotR right?
   -Actually, no, I'm not. I'm not that big into Inu Yasha either, actually. I had consultants for all the stuff, don't worry, it's solid.

So then, why is Kaede both Gandalf and Elrond?
   - Because I love you. I dunno, I think it is funny.

What is with all the X bashing?
   - For one, X sucks.  For two, we were originally planning on using X footage for our second parody.  In fact, there are a lot of X jokes we pulled at the last minute (For instance, Sauron and Miroku are both voiced in the same way, originally for a twinstar joke) when we checked Sokodei's site and saw that they were using X!  Since we don't want to trod on each others feet, and they had it first, we deleted that script and moved on.  It kind of sucked for us, but hey, we didn't want to make them look bad when our parody came out 50 times better!  

How can I get a copy?
    - Lie to us and say you are with a convention.  We will always happily ship stuff to a con.  Anime clubs also get tapes or DVD without question.  Normal civilians have to email me and ask real nicely!  You should also definitely join our forums, this will get you faster service, and keep you informed as to when we make new parodies, or create extras and special features for old ones!  I'll probably ask you to send a SASE (if you don't know what this is, you got into anime way too late!) and shipping money, plus a VHS or DVD+R.  Also, it is funny how it works out, but people who donate to us are way more likely to get tapes, extras, and nice friendly service.  If you want to donate, we love you.  For requests (AND DONATIONS!) email Kaisermikeb@hotmail.com  Forums are located at http://s9.invisionfree.com/Neo_Battle_Peasant/index.php?

It is hard for us to say this, but… well, we love you. We have never felt so strongly about any collection of media conglomerates before. Viz, we love you, you brought us a bunch of manga, and Ranma, and stuff. Sailor Moon, you taught up the colors of love, and that rainy day men are much more than just friends. Rankin Bass, you gave us Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer, and helped us learn that Bumbles bounce! Eva, you taught us the most of all, like what to do with an unconscious girl, or why you shouldn’t let your 5 year old son watch you test experimental weapons that utilize the powers of God, and why warm water penguins are awesome. And the music, what would life be without music? It is the soundtrack of our lives, and we need you, you are so special to us. We love you all. We used you out of love, and we never meant to hurt you. So please, show us you care by not suing our freaking pants off.

Except for X. Skrew you X, you suck! The movie's ending sucked, the show was a constant disappointment, Tokyo Babylon sucked to the core, and the manga went on for two volumes about “Twinstars” and I freaking paid for all of them!! Yeah, I didn’t learn, so we are already even. We owe you nothing. NOTHING!!

It is our firm belief that Fan Dub Parodies are best at cons, in a room full of hyper fans running on no sleep, a wing, a prayer, and a keg of Mountain Dew Live-Wire. It is for this reason that we request that no one digitalizes this parody for downloading. If you would like to request a VHS copy, please go to our website and follow the instructions. We are still tweaking this, and will release a digital copy for download after Anime Central 2006.
